Spotlight payment or refund question
Include the local SPOT-… reference shown on your Promote page. That reference helps us review Codartt's durable payment and boost history; it does not guarantee eligibility, an outcome, an amount, or completion timing.
Do not send card or funding details, addresses, PayPal credentials, OAuth information, or provider transaction identifiers.
If a PayPal dispute is open, use PayPal's Resolution Center or this official support email for case communication. Codartt cannot promise a refund, PayPal or card-provider deadline, dispute result, reactivation, replacement period, or extension.
