Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in with email or Google, accessing Codartt, or using Codartt features, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, the Data Handling & User Rights page, and any feature-specific policies that apply to your use, including the Promotion Policy for Spotlight Boosts.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Codartt.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use online services under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use Codartt only with permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, using a valid email address, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account. If you use Google sign-in, your use of your Google account is also subject to Google account terms.
Usernames must follow Codartt rules, must not impersonate others, and must not mislead users about your identity, relationship to a creator, studio, project, brand, or rights holder.
The Service
Codartt is a premium social showcase and discovery platform for Roblox and game developers. Users can publish image-based showcases, browse, like, save, follow, search, report, and manage profiles and settings.
Codartt is not a marketplace, job board, payment processor, escrow service, contracting platform, employment platform, buyer/seller system, client dashboard, or guarantee of income, hiring, commissions, visibility, search placement, ranking, or discovery.
Codartt has one normal public account type: User. The admin system is separate and internal.
Spotlight Boosts and Paid Promotional Placements
Spotlight Boosts are optional paid promotional placements sold directly by Codartt for eligible published Codartt posts. They may increase visibility opportunities in eligible Discover feeds.
Promoted posts are labeled, for example as "Spotlight · Promoted" or similar wording. Spotlight Boosts do not guarantee likes, saves, followers, profile views, post opens, ranking, sales, work opportunities, external contact, or any specific outcome.
Spotlight Boosts do not bypass admin review, moderation, safety rules, visibility rules, public-safety filters, or editorial controls. Codartt may reject, pause, end, remove, demote, or otherwise restrict a boost if the post, account, payment, activity, or surrounding context violates platform rules, appears unsafe, appears misleading, or becomes ineligible.
When Spotlight Boost checkout is enabled, payments will be processed by PayPal, a third-party payment processor, and may be subject to PayPal's terms, privacy notices, risk checks, dispute processes, and payment-method rules.
No refund is automatic. Codartt supports only exact full refunds of selected completed captures and does not offer partial or prorated refunds. Refund, reversal, dispute, eligibility, and cancellation treatment is governed by the Promotion Policy, Refund Policy, binding provider outcomes, and applicable law, including rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
User Content and License
You retain ownership of content you upload or submit to Codartt. You are responsible for making sure you own or have the necessary rights to use all images, project materials, titles, descriptions, categories, disciplines, tags, captions, and metadata you provide.
You grant Codartt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license, as needed, to host, store, reproduce, display, resize, crop previews, format, distribute, promote, and make your content available for platform operation, discovery, SEO, social previews, moderation, safety, and marketing of Codartt.
This license ends when your content is deleted, except that copies may remain where needed for backups, caches, audit logs, moderation records, legal compliance, dispute handling, previous public shares or links, and records reasonably necessary to operate and protect Codartt.
Your Responsibilities
Do not upload stolen work, stolen Roblox assets, copied renders, copied portfolios, false authorship claims, impersonation, private information, illegal content, harmful content, malware, spam, scams, phishing, or content that violates Roblox rules, third-party rights, these Terms, or the Community Guidelines.
Do not scrape, abuse automation, manipulate likes, saves, follows, views, or reports, probe private systems, bypass security or rate limits, evade moderation, create abusive accounts, or misuse Discord handles or external contact information.
Uploads are image-only and limited to JPEG, PNG, and WebP files up to 20MB. SVG and video uploads are not supported in Codartt V1. Tags are display labels only and do not create tag browsing routes.
Roblox and Third-Party Rights
Codartt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is used descriptively to identify the creator ecosystem served by Codartt.
You are responsible for respecting Roblox terms, intellectual property rights, platform rules, and all third-party rights that apply to your work and content.
Moderation and Editorial Control
Posts require admin review before public publication. Codartt may review, reject, remove, hide, rank, demote, feature, label, suspend, ban, delete, or otherwise moderate content or accounts where needed to operate, protect, or improve the platform.
Editorial, featured, showcase, or quality labels do not create an endorsement, guarantee, employment opportunity, contract, payment, or promise of future visibility. Codartt may consider context, patterns, severity, repeat behavior, and platform risk when acting.
If you believe a moderation action was a mistake, contact support@codartt.com.
Reports and IP Complaints
Users can report posts or creators for genuine safety, rights, impersonation, spam, harassment, inappropriate content, or abuse concerns. Codartt may act on reports at its discretion and does not guarantee a specific outcome for every report.
For copyright or intellectual property complaints, contact support@codartt.com with your name or organization, contact details, the content URL, a description of the work or rights at issue, why you believe the content is unauthorized, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate.
Repeat infringement, false authorship, abusive reporting, or misuse of the complaint process may lead to removal, suspension, ban, or other enforcement.
External Links and Discord
Discord handles and optional public contact emails are user-provided and copy-only. Codartt does not create Discord URLs, provide Discord OAuth, create mailto links, control external communications, or provide in-app messaging, comments, inquiry flows, payments, contracts, or off-platform protection.
You interact with users outside Codartt at your own risk. Do not use external contact information to scam, harass, pressure, or mislead other users.
Availability and Disclaimers
Codartt is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codartt disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect security, ranking, search placement, discovery, or continued availability of any feature.
Codartt may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, moderation systems, feeds, search surfaces, editorial labels, or public display behavior.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codartt and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or off-platform interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codartt total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid Codartt for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Codartt and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of Codartt, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person or organization rights.
Termination
You may stop using Codartt or request account deletion through supported settings. Codartt may suspend, ban, terminate, or restrict access if you violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the platform, or where needed for legal, safety, or security reasons.
After termination or deletion, some records may remain where needed for backups, caches, moderation records, legal compliance, dispute handling, security, auditability, or enforcement. Sections about content license exceptions, moderation, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute handling survive termination where applicable.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Mandatory consumer, data protection, or other legal rights that apply to you may still apply regardless of these Terms.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact support@codartt.com and give Codartt a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally, unless urgent legal relief is required.
Changes
Codartt may update these Terms as the platform, law, or provider relationships change. Continued use of Codartt after the effective date of updated terms means you accept the updated terms.
